I have worked with Daniele one to one for a few months. The sessions have been very enjoyable and informative. I feel like I understand my body and points of tension much more. The integration of mind work and body movements has been really interesting and beneficial in daily life. If anyone is thinking of taking up Tai Chi I would definitely recommend Daniele.

I started taking Daniele’s class as I wanted to improve my health and increase my exercise amount, and I am happy to say that I got more than that! I feel energised and also calm after the class each time and my lower body strength and my sense of balance have improved a lot. Other lovely students are a bonus 🙂
Daniele is a very attentive and creative teacher. His classes are well thought and structured according to the individual’s need. I enjoy when he explains the meaning of each movements as it helps me to understand and memorise them.

In joining Daniele’s classes I found a discipline where you cultivate kind curiosity, patience, and connection with yourself and with others (whether that is via the meditation, the form, or the sparring parts of the class) as well as a martial art.
There is a childlike sense of wonder when you see how a seemingly simple and innocent movement actually fits into the martial art context, or when you discover how some tweaks in your posture you did not think of, can make your movements easier, protective for your body in the long term, and more effective at the same time. Daniele is really good at bringing these elements out in an intelligent and fun way!
Outside of class, being aware of the principles we work on and being able to recall those sensations and awareness in my body is really valuable, for instance to defuse moments of stress, but not only.
We all have different journeys and experiences, Daniele’s guidance is tailored to each student level, providing corrections and stimuli with precision and kindness, enabling you to uncover new layers and progress in a lighthearted environment.
I am very grateful for every class I can attend. Daniele, thank you so much for all the dedication you put into your teaching!

Really impressed by how much thought and care goes into the preparation of these classes. I think Daniel is an unusually gifted teacher, able to bring out the best in each student, even if classes are a mix of beginners and the more experienced from previous years.
These classes have become a significant part of my life and have really influenced my health and fitness. Long may they continue.

Daniele’s classes are absolutely brilliant! He has immense patience to explain why and how to do movements, corrects us individualy, developing our understanding, awareness and connection between mind, body and movement. I find myself challenging my own beliefs as I gain knowledge through practice, improving my posture, balance, focus and training my body to let go of rigidity, getting rid of old conditioning, learning to be kind and gentle to myself, accepting my limitations and be realistic. I am committed to life long learning. I wonder how far I can go while enjoying every step on the way…

I am a beginner, and I have joined this Tai Chi class 4 times so far. Since I started, it has helped me so much mentally. I feel more relaxed and balanced.
I have lower back problems, and my shoulders tend to drop, but Tai Chi improves my posture and reduces pressure on my back. I am also a little impatient person, but this practice teaches me calmness and balance.
Daniel cares about every student. He gives attention to each person and gently corrects us. I travel more than an hour to attend this class, and I am so happy and grateful.

i came to tai chi as I discovered I had zero body awareness and my mind is very scattered. Daniele very gently reminds us to breathe and follow the breath while moving, which I found was a very effective teaching. As I’m so used to holding my body so stiff for so long, it’s liberating to find a gentle, fluid and mindful practice with an experienced teacher. It helps that there are people in the class who have been practising longer than me too!

I have now been attending Tai Chi with Daniel for a few months. I love the peaceful but challenging start to the class. As you tune into stillness. I am impressed by how quickly my balance has improved.
Daniel is very clear in his explanations. I very much enjoy the class.

Danielle is an excellent teacher explaining not only movements but also giving background information why to do it. I enjoy every minute of his lessons and always come out happy and refreshed.
